Breitling Navitimer B12 Chronograph 41 Cosmonaute Watch

The standout release among Breitling's latest Navitimer offerings. Limited to just 250 examples, this timepiece pays homage to astronaut Scott Carpenter's iconic Breitling, which accompanied him on the historic Mercury-Atlas 7 (MA-7) mission on May 24, 1962. Carpenter's "Cosmonaute" watch, distinguished by its 24-hour dial, secured its place as the first Swiss wristwatch in space, outpacing Wally Schirra's Omega Speedmaster by a narrow margin. The watch features a captivating dark green dial with three black counters, reminiscent of the original Cosmonaute. Beneath the sapphire display caseback lies the COSC-certified Breitling Manufacture Calibre B12, a column-wheel, vertical clutch chronograph movement boasting an impressive 70-hour power reserve. Engraved on the caseback is the historic inscription, "First Swiss Wristwatch in Space/Navitimer Cosmonaute May 24, 1962," alongside the watch's unique production number from the exclusive 250-piece series. Discover this piece and the latest Navitimer 41 models at Breitling.

OMEGA x Swatch MoonSwatch: Mission to the Moonphase New Moon/Full Moon

With its all-white colour scheme inspired by the full moon, the initial Snoopy Moonswatch marks a historic milestone as the first chronograph in Swatch history to showcase a moon phase function - a complication steeped in poetic charm. Adding a touch of whimsy, Snoopy, NASA’s beloved safety ambassador since the 1960s, graces the moon phase subdial positioned at 2 o’clock. In a captivating contrast, the all-black colour scheme of the new moon model evokes the mysterious allure of the lunar cycle's beginning. Featuring a black moon phase indicator adorned with a semi-transparent mask, this watch captures Snoopy catching some zz’s against the backdrop of the new moon. You can explore further details of both Mission to the Moonphase models at Swatch but these are only available in physical Swatch stores.
